Situated on Hope Street, Wrexham, this 100,000 square feet development was instigated following the destruction of a  recently refurbished retail space by fire. Tier Consult provided advice on the demolition of the existing buildings and on complex matters surrounding the adjacent Grade II listed public house. The new development was constructed by way of steel frame supporting precast units clad with both cladding and masonry. Minor alterations were made to accommodate the main tenant, Arcadia.

VISAGE
CENTENARY WAY SALFORD MANCHESTER

Situated on Centenary Way, Salford,  this 100,000 square feet  high specification commercial office space is  over four floors. This development was commissioned by Visage Imports Ltd in order to relocate Visage from the existing premises in Manchester. Piled foundations were used to suggest the structure and gas venting measures were necessary owing to the previous use of the site. The building is supported by a structural steel frame incorporating composite floors within a profiled metal decking. An undercroft car park is provided at ground floor level providing 244 spaces.

3 PICADILLY PLACE
MANCHESTER

3 Picadilly Place is a 190,000ft office building complete with retail office units. The building sits over a 3 storey pre cast concrete basement car park . The building comprises a steel frame supporting in situ concrete fibre re inforced composite floor slabs. Stability is provided by 3 reinforced conctrete circulation cores, cast in advance of this erection of the steel frame. The envelope comprises a combination of traditional curtain walling, unitised curtain walling and pre cast concrete panelling, supported at each level by the steel frame.
