An upmarket residential development consisting of 59, 2 and 3 bedroomed apartments over 4 and 6 storeys, commissioned by Newmark Development. The development is sited within the old dock lands previously used as an oil terminal. The building is supported by a braced structural steel frame incorporating composite concrete floors cast within a permanent profiled metal formwork. An SFS proprietary system provides support to the cladding and masonry envelope.
